Just a note to thank you for finishing the kitchen project at our house. As you know we are very pleased and would happily recommend your company to any other potential clients for you. In particular we were impressed with your customer service - unlike some other potential suppliers you always got back to us as promised. All the craftsmen and your sub-contractors were helpful and friendly and have also done a fine job.

Just as importantly, our friends and family are going "ooh" and "aah in the correct places when they see the new kitchen. Job Done!

I would also like to say what a true pleasure it was having you and your team in our home – you were totally respectful of the fact that this was a home and not a building site and I have never seen such a clean and tidy building site at the end of each day.

You had to work through some very difficult situations due to our neighbour disputing everything, but you remained completely professional and patient – so thank you.

We will without question recommend you to others and would happily be a reference for future clients. We will definitely be using your company again.

Project - New kitchen

Hi Neil

Just to say how thrilled we are with our new kitchen!

We were delighted with the standard of workmanship and every member of your team were a pleasure to have around. Nothing was too much trouble for any of you.

With only a short lead time to get the job finished for Christmas, you pulled out all the stops to do just that! It was so refreshing to have good tradesmen who turned up when they were supposed to and cracked on with the job. Everyone we have spoken to have been totally amazed how quickly it was completed.

Thank you for all your hard work Neil. We cannot recommend your company enough.
